Kandi has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1996 when she graduated from the Carroll County Career and Tech Center. The reason she loves her job is the creativity that comes along with it, no two clients are ever the same. Kandi specializes in any type of color and cutting and can’t wait to let her creativity unleash!
